Present were: Theresa Moore Wyatt, District One; Bobby Bennett, District Three; Mike Franklin, District Four; David Hammons, District Five; Roy Glover, District Six; Jody Backus, District Seven; R. G. “Skip” Russell, District Eight; and Joe Henderson, District Nine; Annie Brown, District Ten; Sharyon Mayfield, District Eleven; and R. D. “Mickey” Mays, District Twelve.
