Pageant queen promotes literacy

Lincoln Family Literacy Center and Lincoln Headstart recently welcomed Miss Louisiana Junior National Teenager Rebecca Wheelis to their campus. As part of her platform, Rebecca promotes children’s literacy. She read “Corduroy’s Best Halloween Ever!” to the children of Lincoln Family Literacy participants.
