MINUTES CITY OF GRAMBLING, GRAMBLING, LOUISIANA Monthly Meeting August 1, 2013 A Public Hearing was held at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the Ordinance of the City of Grambling, Louisiana, to Adopt the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code Pursuant to the Requirements and Mandates of LA. R.S.40:1730.21, ET SEQ.: to include nationally Recognized Codes and Standards Specified in LA.RS 40:170.28: To Provide Authority for Cooperative Agreements with Other Governmental Entities and Services from Third Parties; and to Repeal all Previous Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in Conflict Therewith.

THE LINCOLN Parish Police Jury met in regular session on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., at its regular meeting place in the Courthouse, Ruston, Louisiana. GSU drops third straight, 47-34

in

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Grambling State fell to 0-3 on the season Saturday as the Tigers lost 47-34 to Lincoln University of Missouri.
It was GSU’s first game under interim head coach George Ragsdale, who replaced Doug Williams on Wednesday after Williams was fired by the university.
The G-Men coughed the ball up early in the game as Justus Schulte sacked GSU junior quarterback D.J. Williams to force a fumble recovered by the Blue Tigers deep in Grambling territory.
