City delivery — $11.25 per month home delivery; Rural delivery — $11.75 per month; $13.25 by mail per month within Lincoln Parish; $14.75 per month by mail outside the parish — $15.75 per month by mail outside the State. Mail subscriptions must be paid in advance. The Leader is not responsible for advance payments made to carriers, however, you may mail advance payments to The Ruston Daily Leader at 212 W. Park Ave., Ruston, LA 71270 or P.O. Box 520, Ruston, LA 71273. The publisher reserves the right to change subscription rates during the term of the subscription. Subscription rate changes may be implemented by changing the duration of the subscription.
