Virgil Herring, age 87, of Ruston, died Sept. 7, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston, LA. Burial will follow at Simsboro City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.
