Debbie R. Pylant (10-05-2009)
Funeral services for Debbie R. Pylant, 55, of Ruston, LA will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel.  The service will be officiated by Don McGehee with interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery in Choudrant under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. 

Debbie was born in Houma, LA on March 12, 1954 and died on October 4, 2009 in Shreveport, LA.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ruston and was an accountant for over twenty years.  Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  She was preceded in death by her parents Alton and Darlene Hull. 

The family would like to extend a very special thanks to Jackie Mays and Joyce Parker. 

Debbie is survived by her husband, Tommy Pylant of Ruston, LA; son, Aaron Pylant and wife Ashley of Minden, LA; daughter, Melissa Wilson and husband Buster of Minden, LA; son, Jay Jensen and wife Tina of Oxnard, CA; grandsons, Nathan, Dawson, and Colin Wilson; grandmother, Ruth Traphagen of Plaquemine, LA; brothers, Chris Hull and Walter Hull of Baton Rouge, LA; sister, Allison Hull of New York, NY; aunts, Sarah Gandy of Crossett, AR and Mary Groves of Tucson, AR. 

Pallbearers will be Jesse Pylant, Chad Leggett, Brad Goforth, Dustin Goforth,  Nathan Jensen, and Gary Roberson. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, October 5, 2009 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope Cemetery Fund in Choudrant, LA.
