Mrs. Maurine M. Williamson (08-18-2009)
Mrs. Maurine M. Williamson died Aug. 15, 2009 at River Region Medical Center. She was 90. She was born in Winn Parish LA. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Ethel Willis Moore. She lived in Columbia, La. for a number of years and moved to Vicksburg in 1997. Mrs. Williamson was beautician for a number of years.

Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and a brother. She was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by 2 sons Gregg Williamson and James Paul Williamson both of Vicksburg, Ms., 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be today, Tuesday Aug. 18, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Mineral Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, near Ruston, La.

Visitation will be at Mineral Springs Baptist Church Tuesday from 11 a.m. till the hour of service. Deacons of the church will serve as pallbearers.
