Reconducting Ruston’s power

The city of Ruston has contracted with Echo Powerline to change out certain power poles in a process called a reconduct. Workers are replacing older wiring and fixtures with more updated equipment and wires, according to Nielson Chauffepied, Echo Powerline employee.
