Lincoln Parish Library 'liaison committees' introductory meeting
First-ever meeting of the Lincoln Parish Library's newly formed "liaison committees" composed of Board of Control members, library staff members, and select members of the general public.
After the filmed introductory portion, each committee broke out into its own brief meetings, which were not filmed.
