BATON ROUGE — The Louisiana Wildlife Federation (LWF) is calling upon residents and businesses throughout the state to join others in turning off bright or excess lighting from 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. each day until May 31 to help protect the billions of migratory birds that fly through Louisiana at night during this period.

These collectible cards will be shipped directly to your door and will allow you to carry all of your active licenses on one long-lasting card that fits right in your wallet. The durable license cards will be available for purchase at https://louisianaoutdoors. com. If you have already purchased your annual licenses, or have a lifetime license, you will have the option to upgrade to one of the new collector’s cards by purchasing one for an additional fee. That card will display all active privileges held by its owner.
