Ruston’s Board of Adjustments has approved a new non-conforming use request that will allow a local used car dealership to also sell portable buildings, deer stands and duck blinds. But the final site plan for C&P Autos, located at 201 East Georgia Ave., must meet requirements set forth Wednesday by the board. Zoning Administrator Jim Hays also has to sign off on the finished plan.
