Ruston residents have the opportunity to show their support for local law enforcement agencies and each other during an All Lives Matter rally set for 6:30 p.m. July 31 at the Lincoln Parish Library Events Center. The rally is sponsored by the city of Ruston and is the idea of District 2 Alderwoman Angela Mayfield and Shonta Kelly. “It started just looking at Facebook and the various things that are going on in country, the killings and things that are senseless,” Kelly said.
