Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, March 9, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Lot 1 of Tremont Estates Subdivision, subdivision of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, per the process verbal and plat thereof on file and of record in Conveyance Book 1018, at page 76, Registry No. 003244, and the Amendment thereof, on file and of record in Conveyance Book 1036, at page 90, Registry No. F-7494, records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendants Jon Michael Adams aka Jon M. Adams and Amanda Brantley Adams aka Amanda B. Adams and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 28th day of January, 2011.
