Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, March 23, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Township 18 North, Range 2 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Section 30: Beginning at the Northwest corner of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Section 30, and run East for a distance of 526.5 feet; thence run South for a distance of 292.5 feet and to the starting point. From said starting point, run West for a distance of 107.5 feet; thence run South to the North line of Eastland Avenue for a distance of 87 feet; thence run East along the North line of Eastland for a distance of 107.5 feet; thence run North to the starting point for a distance of 90 feet, all in the NW 1/4 of said Section 30, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendants Brian Shantell Moss and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 11th day of February, 2011.
