Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, March 9, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
A certain tract of land situated in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 15, township 19 North, range 1 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at 3/4 inch iron pipe found representing the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said section 15, thence North 1,521.59 feet and West 970.60 feet to cotton spindle set in the centerline of Nunn Road marking the point of beginning; thence S68 degrees 31’18”W along said centerline 127.83 feet; thence S66 degrees 08’59”W along said centerline 75.92 feet; thence S72 degrees 10’51”W along said centerline 39.43 feet; thence S76 degrees 11’16”W along said centerline 28.81 feet; thence S82 degrees 57’07”W along said centerline 81.43 feet; thence S85 degrees 02’16”W along said centerline 65.54 feet to a cotton spindle set; thence North leaving said centerline 586.18 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set; thence East 400.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set; thence South 474.08 feet to the point of beginning; containing 5.00 acres, more or less, together with all improvements situated thereon and thereto belonging, and being subject to any rights-of-ways, easements or servitudes of record or use; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Seized as the property of defendants Stephanie Fawni Bryan Antley and Joel Kent Antley, Jr. and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 28th day of January, 2011.
