It’s amazing how the littlest of occurrences can truly get you thinking.

A few days ago, I was completing a mini-project for my French III class. My task was to find a school lunch menu from a school in France, compare it to our own American fare and write a paragraph (en francais, bien sur) about our findings.

Here’s what I discovered: One Paris school, according to the Time magazine’s World Article section, plans out its five-course lunches over a two-month period — and never repeats the same meal twice.
