We stand at a point where we as a state must make decisions on how we fund public higher education.

There are many who say college tuition hikes are unfair because of schools’ already high costs. Many carry student loans for large portions of their professional lives, obtaining degrees that help them earn higher earning potential through borrowing tens of thousands of dollars for school.
