Roaf honored as ‘Hometown Hall of Famer’
Former Louisiana Tech University star Willie Roaf was recently recognized by the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Allstate Insurance Company as a “Hometown Hall of Famer” in Pine Bluff, Ark.
