Construction training offers many benefits
This program, known as Pathways to Construction Employment, is invaluable for people of all ages and backgrounds. This month alone, a diverse group of students will graduate from the semester-long program at the Ruston campus.
Business and government leaders keep stressing the importance of building and maintaining an educated work force. The Pathways to Construction Employment program is one way of doing just that. After completing the certification training, students can either go on to work as a carpenter’s or welder’s assistant or continue their education at the technical college.
