ANTIOCH CEMETERY Association
In accordance with Louisiana Civil Code Article 446, notice is hereby given that ANTIOCH CEMETERY ASSOCIATION an unincorporated nonprofit association in Lincoln Parish Louisiana will hold a special meeting of the Board of Directors at the Antioch Methodist Church, on February 27,2013 at 11:00 A.M. for the purpose of adopting a resolution by the Board of Directors providing for the following to wit: That the ANTIOCH CEMETERY ASSOCIATION enter into an Oil, Gas, and Mineral Lease with Wildhorse Resources, L.L.C. of Houston, Texas dated February 28, 2013, covering the following described property owned by the association to wit: Tract 1: A certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.75acre, more or less, situated in Section 34, Township 19 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, being in The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE/4 of SW4) of said Section and beginning at the Northeast comer of what is now known as the Antioch Cemetery and run North to the Cooktown-Antioch Road, thence down said road in a Northwesterly direction to a point directly North of the Northwest corner of said cemetery lot, thence South to the said Northwest corner of cemetery lot, thence East to point of beginning. Said land being acquired by Antioch Cemetery by Act of Cash Sale dated July 18, 1947, recorded in COB 29, Page 635, under instrument Number N75960 in the Conveyance Records of Lincoln Pa.rish, Louisiana. Tract 2: A certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.75 acre, more or less situated in Section 34, Township 19 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. being in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter {SE4 of SW4) of said Section and beginning at the Southeast corner of what is now known as the Antioch Cemetery and run East twenty-eight (28} yards; thence run North to the Cooktown-Antioch Road; thence run in a Northwesterly direction along the said Road to the Northeast corner of Tract 1, described above, thence run South to the point of beginning. Said land acquired by Antioch Cemetery, an unincorporated association, by Act of Cash Sale dated July 13, 1962. recorded in COB 90. Page 40. under Instrument Number C36687 in the Conveyance Records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Tract 3: A certain tract or parcel of land containing 1.00 acre, more or less, situated in Section 34. Township 19 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. being in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter {SE/4 of SW/4} of said Section and beginning at the Northeast comer of a 15 acre tract described as follows. To wit: 15 acres in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section. lying South of Old Wire Road and extending from the West line of the forty East 268 yards (Book A-1. Page 290); and from said Northeast corner 54 feet North and 105 feet East to the Southwest corner of the property herein donated. From the starting point, run North 210 feet, thence East 210 feet; thence South 210 feet, thence West 210 feet to starting point. Said land being acquired by Antioch Cemetery Association. by Act of Donation dated June 13, 1969, recorded in Donation Book B, Page 488, under Instrument Number C67453 in the Conveyance Records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Tract 4: A certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.57acre, more or less situated in Section 34, Township 19 North. Range 4 West. Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. being in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE/4 of SW4) of said Section and from the Southwest corner of said Section, as marked by a 1" iron pipe found in place, run North 803.4 feet; thence East 1035.94 feet to a steel 'T" fence post in the center of the Old Wire Road and the Point of Beginning: From said Point of Beginning, run thence North 82 degrees 19 minutes 9 seconds East along the center of Old Wire Road 122.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees, 51 minutes 34 seconds East along the center of said road 164.18 feet thence South 74 degrees 47 minutes 46 seconds East along the center of said road 228.9 feet to a steel "T" fence post on the South right-of-way of Louisiana Highway No, 544; thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 45 seconds West 252.57 feet to a 5/8” rebar: thence South 84 degrees 13 minutes 58 seconds West 252.22 feet to a 5/8” rebar; thence North 2 degrees 8 minutes 8 seconds West 66.26 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said land being acquired by Antioch Cemetery Association, an unincorporated association, by Act of Donation dated November 21. 1986, recorded in COB 601, Page 50, under instrument Number E 17399 in the Conveyance Records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. That the lease provide for a primary term of three (3) years, a one fifth ( 1/5)royalty reserved to Lessor and a cash bonus consideration of $997.75 due and payable by check upon execution of the lease to be on a Louisiana Spec. 14-BRI-2A-NL-SEG Paid Up R2/ 99 lease form and include certain special provisions as agreed to. That Larry R. Stanley, President of the Board of Directors, be and hereby authorized, directed, and instructed to execute said Oil, Gas, and Mineral lease for and on behalf of this association and receive and receipt to the proceeds hereof.
