Choudrant, Ruston High Schools make the grade, celebrate with gala at Squire Creek

The Lincoln Parish School District celebrated its place in the history books when it recently paused to honor its first “A” schools — or as the program proclaimed, “Schools of Academic Excellence.”

At a gala luncheon hosted by Lincoln ACHIEVE at Squire Creek Country Club, the instructional staff of both Choudrant High School and Ruston High School gathered together to bask in the spotlight of unparalleled achievement for the schools and district. It was a time to reflect on the exemplary performance of both teams while thanking them for a job well done.
