At 7 p.m. Feb. 2, the Ruston Civic Symphony Society (RCSS) and the North Central Louisiana Arts Council (NCLAC) will partner on the annual Mardi Gras Ball and Silent Auction. The event is loads of fun, with dinner by Campatori Catering, music by the Buddy Terzia Band, drinks, dancing and auction items.

In addition to being an exciting evening, the event is an important fundraiser for the two involved nonprofits. RCSS is celebrating its 50th year of serving Ruston, bringing classical music into area schools. Proceeds from ticket sales will aid in their mission of music education.
