Safety complex in the works
Stone said his office received $50,000 of capital outlay funds to support the project. Stone said this funding was obtained with help from state Sen. Bob Kostelka and state Reps. Hollis Downs and Rick Gallot.
“They were very helpful, very instrumental in getting the capital outlay,” he said.
Stone said plans for the safety complex began earlier this year.
“We’re in the stages of getting the planning done. The $50,000 in capital outlay we already have will get us a real plan and will help determine what our needs are.”
