Bettye Giles, active board member of Keep Grambling Beautiful and Keep Lincoln Parish Beautiful, was recently awarded the Keep Louisiana Beautiful Alice Foster Award for her outstanding volunteerism and for her many years of commitment to improving the appearance and image of Grambling and Lincoln Parish communities.
