Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, December 12, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Commencing at a 3/4 inch rebar at the Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 2 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, thence run S89š-47’-45”E along the section line for a distance of 249.99 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar at the Northwest corner of an existing 3.984 acre tract; thence, leaving said section line, run S00š-48’-28”E along the West line of said tract for a distance of 801.76 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar at the Southwest corner of said 3.984 acre tract; thence run S89š-47’-45”E along the South line of said tract for a distance of 213.00 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar on a proposed boundary agreement line, thence run S00š-18’-27”E along the proposed boundary agreement line for a distance of 519.94 feet to a two inch iron pipe; thence, leaving said proposed boundary agreement line, run S89š-48’-58”W along an old fence for a distance of 478.20 feet to a fence corner post; thence run N00š-02’-51”E for a distance of 4.80 feet to a fence corner post; thence run N89š-15’-02”W along an old fence for a distance of 326.07 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence run N00š-06’-15”E for a distance of 1315.74 feet to an existing 3/4 inch rebar on the section line; thence run East along said section line for a distance of 324.76 feet back to the point-of-beginning; containing 20.262 acres and being subject to all easements and rights-of-way of record or use; all as per map of survey by William T Lowe, P.L.S., dated 12/08/2010, attached hereto and made a part hereof, LESS AND EXCEPT the following parcel, to-wit: Commencing at an existing 3/4 inch rebar at the Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 2 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, thence run South along the section line for a distance of 944.96 feet to a point; thence, leaving said section line, run West for a distance of 32.05 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar for the starting point. From said starting point, thence run South 61 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 380.32 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run South for a distance of 104.72 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run West for a distance of 400.81 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run North for a distance of 166.11 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run North 29 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 140.62 feet back to the point of beginning, containing 1.860 acres and being subject to all easements and rights-of-way of record or use, all as per map of survey by William T. Lowe, dated 01/21/2011, Together with any and all present and future buildings, constructions, component parts, improvements, attachments, appurtenances, fixtures, rights, ways, privileges, advantages, batture, and batture rights, servitudes and easements of every type and description, now and/or in the future relating to the Property, and any and all items and fixtures attached to and/or forming integral or component parts of the Property in accordance with the Louisiana Civil Code.
Seized as the property of defendant Skipper Construction LLC and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 2nd day of November, 2012.
