A Ruston man, fleeing law enforcement personnel from Ouachita Parish, was arrested at his residence, located at 1201 Farmerville Highway, at 5:39 p.m. Oct. 13.

According to the affidavit, Eddie Jackson, 30, fled from a Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s deputy after the deputy attempted to make an initial traffic stop on Camp Road, in the western portion of the parish. Jackson then allegedly fled the scene without a proper driver’s license, driving a vehicle with expired registration and committed an improper lane usage.
