Marion man killed
A Marion man is dead following a one-vehicle crash.
Shortly before 8:30 p.m. Saturday, troopers assigned to Louisiana State Police Troop F responded to a single-vehicle crash on Alabama Landing Road east of Louisiana Highway 143.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2006 Dodge truck driven by 50-year-old Ronnie Baker, of Marion, was traveling north on Alabama Landing Road in Union Parish when, for unknown reasons, he traveled off the roadway. The Dodge then struck two trees, rolled over twice and caught fire.
