LINCOLN PARISH POLICE JURY
NOTICE OF FINAL PUBLIC HEARING
The Lincoln Parish Police Jury is hereby notifying its citizens that a public hearing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on August 23, 2012 at the Lincoln Parish Police Jury Office located in the Police Jury Meeting Room, Parish Courthouse, Ruston, Louisiana. The purpose of the public hearing will be to inform the public on the recently completed LCDBG water supply improvements project for the Mount Olive Water District. Additionally, the Parish will conduct a seminar during the public hearing to better inform its citizens of the Parish's Fair Housing method of continually informing the public of Fair Housing in the Parish. Those interested in submitting written comments, particularly those residents of slums and blighted areas, may do so to: Theresa Wyatt, President, Lincoln Parish Police Jury, P O Box 979, Ruston, LA 71273. Any negative comments received will be forwarded to the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration. Accommodations will be made for handicapped and non-English speaking persons provided those persons request said accommodations 3 days prior to the public hearing. The Parish can be reached by telecommunications devices for the deaf through the Louisiana Relay Service at 1-800-367-8939 (TDD).
