We are now in what is traditionally one of the hottest months of the year.

A year ago in July very few people could stand to be inside my house because the temperature was so high. This is because I tend to get cold more easily than most, and will oftentimes stick to a fan instead of an air-conditioner to save money on utility bills. 

But these days, I splurge and turn the air on a little more often, since there is a baby in the house. After all, he cannot verbalize that he is overheated, so it’s up to me to check on him to see if he is sweating or showing other signs of discomfort when it seems a little hot.
