Dealing with critters you dislike
The only things I dislike more than licorice and personal injury lawyer TV commercials are Bahia grass, armadillos, moles and gophers.
Bahia grass is the bane of my existence during the summer months. I detest it. It’s a product of the Devil. The hotter and dryer the weather gets, the more this mess flourishes.
Those tall, spindly shoots topped with black pods grow on the sides of church parking lots, all over burial plots in the cemetery, in front of the back door and down the sides of the U.S. Post Office, along the streets of Ruston and around the walking path at the parish park. It’s everywhere!
