Dance breaks all barriers
Dance can be appreciated on two levels: through developing a deep fascination for the sport or simply using it as effective physical activity and social enjoyment.
Along with physical stamina and cultural discovery, social dance also builds self-confidence through close interaction with other people and the realization that you do not have to feel stupid alone. (Plus the ladies love the attention and the gentlemen get the chance to be an example of how chivalry has not died.)
My latest adventure centered around these levels of this misinterpreted pastime.
