Several area high schools organized a Canine Awareness Fun Day at Lincoln Parish Park on April 19. The event was designed to assist students involved in the CKC’s Canine Care and Training Program course. The class is taught at Simsboro, Choudrant and Ruston High School in Lincoln Parish, as well as Jonesboro-Hodge and Weston in Jackson Parish.
