Notice is hereby given that Vickie Harrell Hanna, Administratrix of this Succession, has petitioned this Court for authority to sell the undivided interest of the Deceased in the following described Immovable Property owned by the Deceased, Thomas Loy Harrell, at the time of his death:
Lincoln Parish, Louisiana
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the NW1/4 of NE1/4, Section 15, Township 18 North, Range 3 West, and run East for a distance of 30 feet for starting point. From starting point run East for a distance of 100 feet, thence South for a distance of 210 feet, thence west for a distance of 100 feet, thence North for a distance of 210 feet to starting point, all in the NW1/4 of NE1/4, Section 15, Township 18 North, Range 3 West. (1735 West Kentucky Avenue, Ruston, Louisiana).
to Joseph Michael Slaughter and Jessica Head Slaughter, for the total sum of Twenty-One Thousand and No/100 ($21,000.00) cash, in hand, paid.
Notice is further given that any opposition to the proposed sale must be filed within seven (7) days of the date of the last publication of this Notice.
