Fearing’s art on display at Lincoln Parish Museum

From now until June 22, The Lincoln Parish Museum and Historical Society will play host to “A Return,” featuring artworks of Kelly Fearing, a former Ruston resident.

Born in Arkansas, Fearing was raised in Louisiana where he went on to study art at Louisiana Tech University. He continued his studies at Columbia University where he earned a master’s degree in art.

During World War II, he moved to Fort Worth, Texas, after accepting a job in defense.
