I am now in my third week at my new job and I still feel a bit lost.  It’s not easy learning a new system, trying to fit into an already established work environment and constantly bracing yourself for whatever tragic mistakes you’ll make next.

My co-workers have been extraordinarily patient — a virtue that has kept my sanity, and I’m sure theirs, in check. They have been beyond friendly, helpful and downright welcoming, but like all new relationships, it takes time to get to know someone.
