Bulldogs optimistic about success in 2012 season

For good reason (or a couple of good reasons, that is), there was a championship feeling circulating among players, coaches and fans following Louisiana Tech University’s annual “T-Day” spring contest at Joe Aillet Stadium Saturday afternoon.

First, there was the game itself in which the Bulldogs’ offense attacked quickly and often for 54 points and 830 yards.

Then there was the postgame presentation of rings to each member of the Tech squad for winning a Western Athletic Conference championship in 2011.
