When you are thinking about purchasing a house, home inspections can ensure that costly repairs are not needed once you take possession of the house. In most instances, however, home buyers seldom look at the condition of the existing trees on the property.

Hiring a licensed arborist to inspect the trees can save potential homeowners hundreds or even thousands of dollars in tree-related expenses.
