Being the lover of all animals that I am, I was shocked when I read that United Airlines will be adopting the same PetSafe program as Continental Airlines.

According to a news article on FoxNews.com, the program came about when the merger of the two airlines became official.

So what does this new program mean for pet owners? It depends on what type of dog a person has.
