Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, May 9, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Begin at the point of intersection of the East line of the street dedicated by Robert S. Wynn (Robert Street) by instrument recorded in Conveyance Book 13, page 236 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and the North line of the Dixie-Overland Highway or U.S. Highway No. 80 and run in a Northerly direction (North 9 degrees West) along the East line of Robert Street for a distance of 900 feet to the starting point, thence run North 81 degrees East a distance of 274 feet, thence run due North a distance of 202.5 feet, thence run South 81 degrees West a distance of 305.6 feet and to the East line of the above described street, thence run South 9 degrees East a distance of 200 feet along the East boundary of the above described street to the Point of Beginning, in the Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4, Section 27, Township 18 North, Range 3 West. Which has the address of 807 Robert Street, Ruston, LA 71270.
Seized as the property of defendant Aleta C. Overby Aka Aleta Camperlengo Overby, Wife of/And James M. Overby Aka James Mitchell Overby and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 30th day of March, 2012.
