Whenever I have wanted anything in my life, I have made the decision to either go after it myself, or hold off in hopes that my desire for said object or mission will wane in time. I have rarely ever thought to ask for help in attaining my goals, and in doing so, I don’t guess I have ever truly taken advantage of the perks of asking others for help achieving my goals.

I guess I have always assumed asking for help is something you do as a last resort, seeing the inability to change my own life situation without help as a weakness, but I have slowly started to see that with the more than six billion people on the planet, there is no shame in realizing you can’t do something on your own.
