If you found yourself dosing off while sitting at your desk today, you’re probably not alone.

According to a press release from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, Louisiana is one of the states with the highest prevalence of sleep issues.

Louisiana residents, along with those from West Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Oklahoma, are the “most likely to report sleep disturbances.” Approximately 21.2-26 percent of the state’s population report sleep disturbances. Additionally, 23.1-25.2 percent of residents report daytime fatigue.
