A year in review: Looking back at 2011
In 2011, Bethel Christian School worked to offer the best education possible to its students. Our Bible-based A-Beka curriculum was expanded to include Bob Jones University materials and Glencoe Pre-Algebra. Keyboarding and computer application coursework were added to the curriculum. The TOPS curriculum is now being followed in the high-school grades, and weekly chapel services are led by local pastors, youth leaders, etc. Dual Enrollment English is available for those students wishing to receive both high school and college credit. Two online tools (Louisiana Virtual School and EDUSS) are utilized. The LEAP, Standford and EOC testing are followed.
