Eat healthy, trim down in 2012
As most of our readers are well aware, I am the person you turn to for the Louisiana Cuisine section of the Daily Leader that normally comes out every other Sunday.
However few readers might also know that I love to cook. And with this being the second week of the New Year, surely many residents are still on their “eat healthier” kicks.
What many fail to realize though is that eating healthier doesn’t have to mean that you eat food that is bland and tasteless.
