Ruston Junior High School STEM teacher Amy Guerin was among a select group of educators across the nation chosen to participate in the global World Water project. Guerin received testing materials and equipment for her students to use in data collection of a local water source. She was joined by eighth grade Earth Science students Naya Jackson, Destiny Brooms, Jerry Ginyard and Lucas Turner to test the water quality of Lincoln Parish Park.
