Kiwanian Ray Dudley serves a pancake to local resident Shonna Jordan. Ruston Kiwanis Pancake Day kicked off this morning and will continue from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Ruston Civic Center. The breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, bacon, coffee and white or chocolate milk.

Tickets, which can be purchased at the door, are $7 each per person for all-you-can eat. Take-out plates are also available. Proceeds help Kiwanians support various community projects.
