Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, November 16, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
The Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 2 West, LESS AND EXCEPT the following tracts, to-wit: Tract 1: Two (2) acres sold to Willie Delbert Bearden described in Conveyance Book 446, page 224, of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; Tract 2: The East 165 feet of said forty owned by William M. Franklin and more fully described in an Act of Partition recorded in Conveyance Book 73, Page 55, of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; Tract 3: Five (5) acres in the Southwest corner of said forty owned by Lannie Duke, more fully described in an Act of Partition recorded in Conveyance Book 73, Page 55 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; Tract 4: Two (2) acres of land owned by Lannie Duke described in an Act of Partition recorded in Conveyance Book 189, page 78 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; and Tract 5: Two (2) acres of land owned by Lannie Duke described in a deed from Robert J. Franklin recorded in Conveyance Book 256, Page 141 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Subject to that certain Boundary Agreement on file and of record in Conveyance Book 446 at page 226, records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, The hereinabove property being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Tract 1: From the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 , Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 2 West, run N0š13'W for 1360.08 feet; thence run West for 162.6 feet; thence run S88š41'W for 350 feet; thence run S78š00'W for 181 feet; thence run N2š29'W for 212 feet for a point of beginning. From the point of beginning run West 325 feet, thence run North 1038 feet, thence run East 325 feet, thence run S1š05'E 425 feet, thence run S19š49'E 100 feet, thence run S6š30'W 520 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.1 acres, more or less. Seized as the property of defendants Rodney Wade Sellers and Kimberly Ann Sellers and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 7th day of October, 2011.
