JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All he had to do was single-footedly win the team’s first game since opening day and tie an NFL record in the process.

That’s what Jacksonville Jaguars’ placekicker Josh Scobee, a former Louisiana Tech University star, did to be named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.

The Jaguars defeated the Baltimore Ravens 12-7 on ESPN’s Monday Night Football, moving the team to 2-5 on the season.
