Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, November 2, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
A 2.87 acre tract of land located in Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 2 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, described as follows: beginning at the S/E corner of said Section 32 and run thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes West along the South line of said Section 32 a distance of 660 feet; thence run North 0 degrees 51 minutes West along the East line of the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of said Section 32, a distance of 330 feet, to the starting point from said starting point, continue to run North 0 degrees 51 minutes West along the East line of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 a distance of 330 feet, thence run South 89 degrees 47 minutes West, parallel with the South line of said Section 32 for a distance of 330 feet; thence run South 0 degrees 51 minutes East a distance of 330 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 47 minutes East a distance of 226.5 feet; thence run North 26 degrees 40 minutes East a distance of 74 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 47 minutes East parallel with the South line of said Section 32, for a distance of 70 feet to the starting point, and containing 2.87 acres, more or less. Which has the address of 139 Rain Lane, Ruston, LA 71270.
Seized as the property of defendants Debbie Ann Worley Aka Debbie A. Worley, Debbie Worley and The Unopened Succession of Richard Raymond Worley Aka Richard R. Raymond, Richard Worley and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 22nd day of July, 2011.
