Grambling City Hall moves locations

GRAMBLING — With their old building outdated and compacted, Grambling town employees made a move to a new building in early September, and Mayor Edward Jones could not be happier.

“This is probably the best move we could have ever made,” he said. “We just had gotten to the point where we had outgrown ourselves and we had to branch out, and that is what we did.”

Jones said the move from the previous City Hall building on Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue to the new City Hall and Community Center location on King Street behind the fire station was made out of necessity.
