A structure fire on U.S. Highway 80 caused what appeared to be minor damage to a home. The blaze appeared to have started from an area where there was a pile of cigarette butts.

A mobile home fire that appeared to stem from a pile of cigarette butts was extinguished by a neighbor Wednesday before it could do any major damage.
